A Day Long Conference focusing on Lenape Culture

Lenape knowledge keepers from all over the United States and Canada will sit together in their indigenous homelands and offer panel discussions on topics such as Language Revitalization, Traditional Crafting, Environmentalism, Horticulture,  Food Justice, and Storytelling. The day will include drumming, free-roaming to visit tables and have one-on-one discussions, light breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Northampton Community College is providing affordable dormitory lodging 7/26 and 7/27. Registration is required.

Conference registration includes attendance at the sessions and three meals.
Open to the public; educators at all levels are encouraged to attend.

10:50 am - 12:20 pm:     Craft Tables & Info Tables (Free Time)
12:20 - 1:20 pm:               Lunch  
1:20 - 2:50 pm:                 Horticulture, Food Sovereignty and Justice, and Medicine (Panel discussion)

3:00 - 5:00 pm:                 Storytelling and the Storytelling Tradition (Panel discussion)
