Sponsored by Quaker Call to Action, Power Interfaith, American Friends Service Committee and lead by Promote the Vote PA

Since 2024, Promote The Vote's Vote Navigator Team has been a vital part of the PA Election Protection Coalition.

In collaboration with the Election Protection Hotline, the ACLU, Common Cause PA and The Lawyer's Committee, Vote Navigators handle escalated cases where 1:1 assistance is needed to get the voter across the finish line.

Vote Navigators assist with: - Registration Issues - Mail Ballot Applications or Troubleshooting Coordinate rides to County Elections Office or Dropboxes - Coordinate Designated Agents for Mail Ballots or Emergency Ballots - Assist with Rapid Response Calls/Texts

Join us for training that will prepare you to volunteer with the Vote Navigators for the PA Midterms!

In-person volunteers are needed to assist with: rides to Election Office, Drop Box or Polls; or help with obtaining/returning a Mail Ballot or Emergency Ballot. We'll show you how!

Navigators handle escalated cases, working one on one with voters to assist with things like registration issues, coordinating rides to cast votes, and securing designated agents for mail and emergency ballots, and rapid response.

We will also have an opportunity to canvass the local neighborhood (weather permitting) and fill out postcards to encourage people to Vote on Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026

Refreshments provided. Join us for Unplug & Recharge Campfire After! (weather permitting)
